My name is Yasmina BENIHOUD. I am a French-Canadian lawyer, member of the Bars of Québec (2005) and Paris (2011).
A law graduate from the French universities Paris X-Nanterre (DEA/Master in business law) and Paris II-Assas, as well as from McGill University (LLM, B.C.L./LL.B.) in Canada, I began my career as a law clerk at the Quebec Court of Appeal (Ministry of Justice of Quebec) with Judge Marc Beauregard and Judge André Brossard before pursuing my career in France, working mainly in business law, global mobility, and immigration law.
I created my law firm BENIHOUD AVOCAT in 2011 to establish a legal bridge between France and Canada with the desire to provide concrete solutions to the problems encountered by French and Canadian expatriates, entrepreneurs and startuppers.
Twelve years later, our clientele is not only French and Canadian but also Belgian, American, British, Chinese, Moroccan, etc.
The firm’s main activity focuses on immigration law (French law and Canadian law) and all areas related to expatriation and global mobility, such as taxation or social protection.
